A. By completing the payday loan application you agree to pay a ONE-TIME processing fee of $30 for your loan protection coverage. If for any reason you DO NOT receive your payday loan simply call us at (888-987-8045) and we will refund $20 within 7 business days.

1- Payment Deferment - In the event you are unable to meet your payment schedule with your payday loan provider YOU MUST, at least 5 days prior to your payment due date, go to our website at www.paydayloanprotection.info and click on the Payment Deferment tab. By completing the online form within the terms you will not be charged any additional penalties or fees on your loan for up to THREE CONSECUTIVE PAYMENTS, for a total amount of up to $79. If you are not able to resume the payment terms with your lender following the THREE CONSECUTIVE PAYMENTS or the maximum pay of your loan protection of $79 you will then be subject to the term original terms of your lender.

*All forms must be filled out completely, if forms are returned to us "incomplete" they will be returned null-and-void.
