PAY-DAY-LOAN-YESPAYDAY-LOAN-YES SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST Internet

I recently experienced the passing of my mother and found myself applying for a pay day loan. I was notified by PAYDAY-LOAN-YES and sent the proper paperwork to get things started. 250.00 was depsosited in my account and they made debits in the amount of 105.00 for the next several pay periods. Finding myself deeper in debt than before, I was uanble to pay off this loan.

After the first payment was missed I received many calls at work from TIM ADKINS asking me what I was going to do to take care of this. I politely asked him not to contact me at work and to use an alternative number they had on file. He stated that they would continue to call me until I paid them. I told them that there were laws about calling people at there places of work, He then chuckled and said "Honey, you dont know squat about the law" It gets worse. I made a stupid, stupid mistake, and applied for another loan on-line using another bank account I had. I then deceided not to go with any other companies as it was not worth it.

WELL, to my surprise, I checked my account after my pay day, and there were several debits from payday-loan-yes from this other bank account. I was furious and tried to call them over the weekend to no advail, I fianlly was able to get in touch with them on The following Tuesday. Whe I asked how they were able to debit money from a bank account I had not authorized they said they updated my information after I tried to apply for other loans online. I said that this must be against the law since I NEVER authorized this debit from this account. They told me that NO, It wasnt.

I am so frustrated as I know there must be some laws that do not allow a comapny to use information not authorized. Yes, I owed the money, no doubt but this is not right. All I can say is what comes around goes around. God help those people at this company when they are in need of help, and trust, there will be that day.
