I hve received two phone call from angencies attempting to collect ona payday loan i never requested or received. They have stolen my identity. They have threatened to have been arrested on a criminal complaint they have supposedly filed with th elocla prosecutor. Now Check Systems has called and toldme that they are collecting of a fraudulent checkI wrote. They backtracked and then stated that beacuse i authorized the withdrawl from my bank account that is considered a fraudulent check. They are wrong. It's a scam and fraud. I have filed complaints with my State Attorney General and the FTC.
