I applied for a loan with this internet pay day loan service for $200.  I received one email requesting that I fax them additional documentation and waited for my loan to be approved or denied.  I telephoned them several times throughout the day, where their recorded message claimed to have loans approved within 2-4 hours of proper documentation, to find out the status of my loan.  I never received a return call, email or text message with an approval or declination of the requested loan.  I left 3 messages that day.  The next day, $350 had been deposited in my bank account and loan documents appeared in my email, with the electronic signature box blank, stating that I had been loaned $350 which was to be repaid, including a finance charge of $175 by 3/31/11.  My bank account had also been debited for a $10 service fee!!  I immediately began to call these criminals to protest any such transaction had been approved by me, either verbally or by my electronic signature.  None of my calls or email were returned.  I have now enlisted the aide of another party in settling this matter.  Do Not even make an inquiry to this fraud of a company.  You WILL regret it!
