Recieved a call today from a man claiming to be from Payday Loan Yes. I have never heard of this company until today. He said that I had commited check cashing fraud. And that his client couldn't get his payment from my bank. I closed that Account over 2 years ago, when someone went into my checking account and took all of my paycheck.
When I started asking questions back at him he got mad. i told him that by law I do not have to give any information and or banking info to them until I have proof in writing. Inwhich he need to provide me with a signed copy of the transaction. He then hung up.
The man I talked to spoke very good english, but there was a lot of back ground noise. They called from Cody, Wyoming, in which I can not locate an address. The number they called from is 307-527-0568, which is probably a spoofed number.

I received a call from someone stating I owe payday loan yes. I paid this account off over ayear ago. I even have the letter to prove it. They stated I would have a warrant for my arrest if I didnt pay they $600. Total Fraud. I told them this bill was previously paid in full and they got mad! They had alot of background noise. They answer stating they are from Arbritation. These theives and scammers are doing whatever they can to get your money. Be Careful
