Payday Loan Yes -- Avoid theses scammers -- Ogden, Utah

I contacted these folks for a payday loan, signing an agreement for $350 (to be repaid as $455). They instead put just $250 in my account. When asked, they said I should contact my bank. I did. Turns out these folks aren't licensed to do business in Montana. What's more, they sold or gave out both my cell phone number and e-mail address to folks, giving me a few hundred spam a day along with so many calls that I've had to change my e-mail address and get a new cell. In addition, my bank closed my account to prevent them for accessing any of my funds. I filed a complaint with the Montana Department of Banking. These folks are crooks. Avoid at all cost.
