Wow! I was really taken! I received an email ad from Payday Loan Yes and, needing cash, borrowed $200 which I received a few days later in my bank account after I faxed them a voided check. Then payments started being withdrawed from my account a few weeks later every two weeks: $60, $60, $60. I logged into my account at payday-loan-yes.com to see what the remaining balance was and it said another $260 was coming out on Sept. 11! WHAT? I thought it had to be some mistake! Then I checked their fee schedule page cause dumb me never asked what the fee was (ALWAYS ASK!). I just assumed having used these services before that it would be reasonable. Ah, no. Their Fee Shedule showed that beginning day 4 of loan I am charged an interest fee at 2737.50% APR, reducing a little each day. Wow! They were basically charging me $60 A DAY for as long as they chose, I guess. It would never get paid off. What a heck of a deal. I immediately closed my checking account and wrote them to justify this and then saw numerous bad reports of other victims here. They aren't justifying this. THIS IS PAYDAY LOAN FROM HELL! WORSE, THEY HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER NOW!! DON'T DO THIS!! Im getting ID theft protection now!

Yes, that was exceedingly dumb. Do you often buy things without asking how much they cost?
"I just assumed having used these services before that it would be reasonable."
Really? Have you really used a payday loan service that was reasonable? I've never seen one that charged less than 100%.
You have discovered why getting a payday loan is the worst financial move you could make. As a group, they make loan sharks look reputable. The problem is that the terms and conditions of this loan (which you read after the fact) were available to you at the time you signed. Unless your state has usury laws which prevents these fees (not likely), you're stuck. Pay this off ASAP and consider it an expensive lesson in contracts.

If there isn't some way to get some action under what are known as usury laws. Those laws govern what any institution, entity or business may charge as interest on any loaned amount.
Assuming that what you provided as the % rate isn't a typo, that's outrageous. In essence, what you're quoting as the percentage charge is out right loansharking.
