Payment Systems Corp Global Leasing Company Huge Fraud Scam Group "Payment Systme Corp" Carlsbad , California

The sales rep name is Alex . He came to my business and start explain how i can save the money from credit card charge.when i sign up, i told him do not process it or summit this
paper coz i needed to check my current merchant service contract term that make sure it's over .and he said no problem !
After he left , i research this company from online and found so many fraud report . Alex call me back and i told him do not summit the paper ,ask him to just get rid it or if your company is real ,show me the proof  and he said he will do that  (He mention that big company like home depot
use their merchant service) of course there were no response..so i thought everything is
done

Around month later , they start withdrawal monthly charge from my bank . i call them and they said the account is active and i need to make payment. i told if there are any account open just cancel it or close it

Another month later, they withdrawal another $1720 as cancellation fee

After that i start receiving threatening call and letter from Global Legal Resources, LLC who work with Payment systems 

They are collection company and now asking to make payment for $4000.00 for Equipment lease payment. it suppose to be $13017.60

At the beginning ,we do not need any equipment or terminal. but the sales rep told me that the equipment is free and make me sign up in equipment paper . because it's anyway free with promotion

Now they telling me if not paying ,  they will take me to court and sending a sheriff to my business .They have contract paper and there are no evidence that i said hold to summit paper to sales rep . also since i'm in legal position , i even can't talk or contact  first sales rep or customer support people

i even didn't have contract copy or even account number or any information ,,of course not even received equipment .  and now they saying need to pay Equipment lease fee?

On the paper it showing $199 per month for equipment lease ..times 48month? we can buy even nice POS systems

everything is not make sense . they are just big leech taking our blood!
