Payment Systems Corp Scammed me into an additional contract with LFG when not neccessary. Los Angeles California

A nice looking short young girl shows up to my shop wearing revealing dress wanting to lower my rates for credit card processing. She was good, she used the bait and hook to get me into another contract. Insist I need a newer terminal. Tell's me they will payoff my existing lease's with terminal and proccessor. DOES not tell me I have to pay them off first and then get re-imbursed. She also tell's me the contract for the terminal was 48 months and would be $450 to end early. She kept calling her superior back and fourth while doing this. All I wanted to do was get home, it was after hours and I was running behind. So like an idiot I signed. Now, it took three months to get copies of my contracts, they kept avoiding to send them. It wasn't till I was fed up and demanded them. NO where on the contract I signed with LFG did it say non-cancellable, until January of 2014 when I called to inform them I was dissolving my business. Thanks Amanda Budd and Kavan Thanasith!
