Sales rep fooled us with promises! We cancelled service with our old carrier which we had been with them for over 7 years. They promised us cutting our monthly costs up to more than half. Now that its been alittle over a month noticed my bank account all this charges from them. Called them and they have no explanations at first they told me another rep would contact me. Never received a call from anyone called them twice again and there telling me all there "misc fees" that was never told to us clearly! Now even to cancel they told us is $995 and another rep telling us is non cancellable! Horrible going through this with this company so unprofessional and lying to people! They need to be out of business.
