Company overcharged rates and can not explain where it came from. Over charged about $1,000 in first 4 months, instead of refunding they offered to drop the rates they charge but in reality they still charge more than the 3% rather than 1 - 1.49%. They will avoid your phone calls at all costs. Will hang up on you and transfer you to incorrect departments. People that sold service to me cancelled their cell phones. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Will probably have to close down all accounts related to them.
