i went on line on 9-6-2006 to purchase a computer from pcdirect biz. i fill out the application and in a matter of minutes i was told i was approved with $99.00 deposit. i was told my checking account had to be debit the $99.00 and then i could pick out my bundle that i wanted on line.i had to create a pass word to go in to pick the computer i want on line. next i was told to send proof of my income, a utility bill, and a voided check so that my account would be billed every friday, $17.00. well its been six weeks now no computer. i did call on 10-10-06 and spoke to ms chasity, she said that if i wanted to cancel that i could and i told her yes that i wanted to cancel, because i did some research and i did not know the company was experiencing so many problems, of course is acted like she didn't know what i was talking about.

She ms chasity informed me that i would receive my deposit of $99.00 in two to three weeks but as you can see i have not received it as of to day. but now on november 24,2006 there was another $99.00 taken out of my account, boy i'am so mad i am glad this company is not here in my home town, i dont know how i would have kept myself from doing something that might get me in trouble. i should have put a block on them going into my account sooner,but since i had cancel my account with them i didn't think they would go back into my account, they are theives and i hope they get what they deserve. i woud like to do all i can to prosecute them to the fullest.

I have a complaint on here please read it do not trust the money will be put back in your account. they did the same to me and it is not in there till this day. you must go to your bank and fill out proper paper work for unauthorized charges. also you must involve the police. pcdirectbiz, atlanta georgia update!!!

i was on line on november 24,2006. and after i wrote my rip-off report on pcdirectbiz,i decided to send the thiefes another email before i called in quites for the day. it was about eleven o'clock and i received an email,that said my message could not be deliverd because their email system was to full, but i didn't give up i was determine to get my last say so it before i go to my next step. well quess what to my suprise an email come through from the support group. stating that my $198.00 would be put back into my account asap, and an apology for the inconvience they cause me. but still this remaine to be seen because pcdirect biz dont do always what they promise to do. lets way and see what will happen.
