ive gotten a loan from peak 5 about 3 years ago and this year i finally made my last payment in MAY of 2009 and i have not recieved my car title. the customer service rep told me that it would take 30 days to recieve it. it is now August 2009 and i havent recieved anything. i tried to contact them and the line is busy for 1 month now and their website is down. i dont know what to do from here...
