Penn Credit Corporation is employing the same scheme/scam that made the North Shore Agency famous. If you get a letter from PCC saying that you owe money that you know you don't, call Frank Martelli with James, Hoyer, Newcomer & Smiljanich at (800) 651-2502. Do not waste your time calling PCC. There is a class action lawsuit against North Shore Agency and contacting Frank Martelli will result in a similar suit against PCC. We have sent a copy of the PCC letter and other info to Frank. I suggest that you do the same.
