Before submitting a completed assignment Registration fee (15% of tuition or $150.00 whichever is less) + administrative fee + shipping & handling fees (if applicable)
Up to and including 10% of the program complete Registration fee + Administrative fee + shipping & handling fee (if applicable) + 10% of refundable tuition
After 10% and up to and including 25% of the program complete  Registration fee + Administrative fee + shipping & handling fee (if applicable) + 25% of refundable tuition
After 25% and up to and including 50% of the program complete Registration fee + Administrative fee + shipping & handling fee (if applicable) + 50% of refundable tuition
After 50% of the program complete Full program tuition and any applicable fees

This is the high school refund policy for Penn Foster. I enrolled intending to finish high school. I paid the first enrollment fee. Things happens in my life. When I first enrolled I visited the site once go kind of look over things.

With some personal stuff that happens that was the one and only time signing into the online program. I'm not interested in the refund of my enrollment fee. What I would like  is the overwhelming amount that they put onto my credit. I'd like it gone since I never had the chance to continue my schooling or even finish.

since I never even started an assignment or logged in, in over a year, I'm more upset that my credit is being ruined because they wanted to continue to charge me even seeing I haven't need doing any assignments. I've tried reaching Penn Foster. Its been so long I don't even know my student ID and without it there really isn't any way to get through to a live person.

I don't regret paying the enrollment fee, but continuously being charged and then sent to collection for something I never started or finished is having a huge impact on my life personally.
