Penn Foster online school took travel course. Program tests are open bok. you know the answers yet the test marks you wrong when you have proof answers are correct. They know this. my friend has same issue yrs ago. they have not fixed. will not refund money. only partial though inside 2 week period and still in 1st chapter. tampa florida

I took PF online course for a travel agent. In the 1st chapter the practice test did not correctly grade my test. open book test so answers are correct.  regular test came and same thing. answers KNOWN to be correct are still being marked as incorrect. how can one get any learning? no positive reinforcement and will the final exam do the same thing? They were told and I got the run around then eventually told ys refund but they still wanted their fees though I was STILL IN THE 1ST CHAPTER. Knowing I did not take the course they STILL charged me. NO FEEs should have been taken with this issue! My new friend coincidently took PF travel agent couse! She went through the same thing and this was a few years ago so they know about this issue. They have chosen to not fix it but still charge fees when a refund is the full refund only right thing t do.
