I cancelled my account in September and on my credit card bill there was a charge of $39.95 from PeoplePC.com incurred on automatic billing

I called them and they said they couldn't refund this amount. I asked them if they billed for a month in advance and they said yes but they still refused to credit my account.

What a ripoff
