I tried to cancel my peoplepc account because they can not fix problems with viruses, slowness. Spent a great deal of time with their instant help messenger. It's been three months and they have not e-mailed me the fix that they promised. Now they won't cancel without a $150 fee and i'm afraid they will keep billing anyway. They never did answer my question about moving my e-mail account, they just kept threatening me with fees.
