I received good service until 3 weeks ago. Now I can't get a response for anyone. I have no idea what is or has happened with my loan. I sent them all the information and now can't reach them.They have done 4 hard hit credit checks, every time they do this my score goes down. I have worked very hard to get it back up after some very bad choices on my part. Don't work with them at all, ever!
