Peter and Kelly are at it again. As of this writing in Jan. 2019, they have not made a mortgage payment on their house since Feb. 2016. That is almost three years without making a single payment. They have avoided foreclosure because they are currently in the midst of filing for bankruptcy for the TENTH time!

This is their MO. They are scammers who routinely refuse to pay their bills. If anyone doesn't believe this story, just look them up on the Osceola County Clerk's website. It is all a matter of public record. I hope all decent people will be able to stay far clear of these awful humans.
