It looks like i'm not the only one whos had tenant problems with this man. Peter Gutensohn is a con-man and does not share any concern for the life of any other individual. This man will never answer the phone. His wife will answer and immediately hang up when you identify your issue with them.


He is no longer located in Kissimmee, earlier this year he moved closer to the Orlando area and is no doubt renting his property and won't be paying bills and charges. If anybody has any information on the current location then please do post as I'd like to inform the current owner of the property of this mans actions.

Landlords be warned

Gutensohn, like the last person said - the law will catch up with you
