Peter Gutensohn, Social Security No. (((Redacted))), lives a life of ripping people off without regard for the consequences to himself, his family or others. He and his wife, Kelly J. Gutensohn, Social Security No. (((Redacted))) aka Kelly J. Snowder; aka Kelly J Boys, a half-blind Jewess, have seven or eight children - most of whom still live at home, have tried various scams with little or no success other than ripping off the unsuspecting. Marginally employed, he is free to skip town at a moments notice to avoid authorities or consequences. He wrote me a bad check for $1400 for rent. He refuses to answer the telephone or make restitution for his criminality. He filled for bankruptcy in the Eastern District of Virginia, Case No. 02-82956 - SSM. On 4/13/04 he was sentenced to 5 years probation for writing worthless checks in Stafford, Va - Case No. CR03000110-00. He served five years of probation but no jail time. He generally manages to stay ahead of the law somehow. Everyone is most strongly advised to refuse him tenancy, credit or services. His partner in crime and wife, Kelly Gutensohn specialized in a unique scam in which she purports to be blind and threatens lawsuits in support of the handicapped. Once paid off, she moves on to other victims or skips town with Peter Gutensohn.
