Peter Gutensohn embezzler Twin Lakes, Florida

The rebutals in support of Peter Gutensoh are unfactual, dishonest and deceitful.  I knew Gutensohn for two years and can confirm that he was the laziest person I have ever met.  He sat on the sofa all day long and did nothing.  He is a liar and a thief.  Any favorable comments on him are dishonest.  He is a convicted felon in Stafford County, Va.  Do not believe any positive comments written about him.... they are probably of his own invention.

The rebuttal posted above and on other reports about this criminal was obviously written by Peter's wife, Kelly Gutensohn. Mrs. Gutensohn is also a criminal. They stole thousands of dollars from me, preying on my generosity and the fact that I was reluctant to be harsh on a family with so many young children. This is their MO. 

As for a "hard worker," Peter does not have a job and as far as I know he's never had one, beyond scamming his way from one house to another.

Kelly's lies about Peter's embezzling conviction are pathetic. The court files are a matter of public record, and I have seen them. Peter stole a lot of money from the company he worked for, victimizing not only the employees Kelly claims he was trying to help, but the owner of the company who had mistakenly placed his trust in Peter. 

Peter and Kelly Gutensohn are not good people. I strongly urge everyone who comes into contact with them to RUN in the other direction. 

Peter Gutensohn has helped my family multiple times as we have been having financial issues over the past few  years. I've known Peter for over 12 years, and have worked by his side many times. He has given us thousands of dollars to keep food on the table, keep our power on, and even send my oldest daughter to prom.

He is an honest man, who works hard to give his family everything they need and could possibly want. When the business we both worked for shut down, Peter found a new job almost immediately so he could provide for his family, and help mine. He goes above and beyond to do whatever he can to help people when they're in need. These posts have been made about Peter by multiple people who he helped multiple times, and even offered help to after these posts had been made. He's put his time and money into getting anyone he meets back on their feet, and this has taught his children to do the same thing. 

While working with Peter I quickly noticed, he'd work long hours to give his ten (10) children the type of life he wanted them to have, he strives for the best for them. It's insane to think that someone might look at his life, work, and family and think that he isn't a good, hard working man. I've never seen someone go the extra mile for someone they'd never met, before I met Peter. He is willing to give the shirt off his own back to clothe anyone who he feels needs it. 

This man is very giving, and appreciative of anyone who does the same. These reports are lies and slander written by a group of people who are unhappy to see anyone else happy. If you've met Peter you know these posts are unbelievable and ridiculous, because he's probably extended a hand to you a time or two. If you do read these and believe them, I hope my comments help you realize the truth. 

I know Peter Gutensohn, I have worked with him, I have employed him and worked for him, we go back a long way.  Over the years I have seen him take on two children from his wife's previous marriage, without ever complaining, then they had eight more, he worked 80 hour weeks so she could stay home and raise the kids, most of the time the bio dad of the first two was not paying support, and out of the picture, Peter never complained, I watched him go without eating lunches so he would have enough money to buy Christmas presents for the kids.  I saw him leave our place of employment every night and go on to his second job.  I watched him go to war and come back to bury a son.  I have seen him give money to others in need.  I have seen his situation improve as he has worked extremely hard, I have watched him raise his kids to be responsible successful adults.  I was one of the people involved in the so called embezzling incident, the owner of the company had disappeared, our rent and employees were not being paid, checks were coming in, Peter cashed a company check to pay employees, and pay the office rent, then when later he found out that the employees' witholding taxes for that year had not been properly paid to the IRS, and they were being forced to pay those bills, he took money out of his own pocket to pay the taxes for them. When the owner came back finally, he charged Peter with embezzlement for cashing the check and paying the employees, Peter could have fought this by hiring a lawyer and probably would have won, however, the cost of an attorney and the time involved to fight this, would have meant costing his family money, instead he took a plea, so he could get back to work, taking care of his family.  As for the bounced check, I have bounced checks, my old mother has bounced checks, members of congress have bounced LOTS of checks on their own bank accounts, a bounced check is a mistake not a character flaw.  And for the one legitimate landlord dispute here, Peter paid Scott Mckihenny $15,000 in a security deposit to move into that house on a lease option, during the time of the lease, the ceiling in the living room caved in from the bathroom above, both Scott and Chris refused to repair this, Peter replaced the stove and dishwasher and the garbage disposal while living there at his own expense, when he left the house after being unable to get any repairs done by either Scott or Chris, any monies owed should have been deducted from that $15,000 deposit, in addition Peter has since paid Chirs $1,000 additional. Most of the people who have posted all of the other anonymous disputes here, have been foreclosed upon, evicted multiple times, arrested, etc.,  and are just pissed off at the fact that Peter's family is happy and lives so well.  One of the reports was filed last year, when I was at their house while they were signing the third year of their lease, so that one is also obviously a lie.

 If you need something and you ask Peter, he will help.  When my family fell on hard times, and spent two years recovering, he spent two years sending us money whever he could, I owe him thousands of dollars and he called me recently and told me to forget the debt and buy my kids Christmas presents. I have watched as he raised his kids to help others also, more than once this family has given away everything they owned to charity, and they always own really nice stuff, and I have learned from their example that giving works, each time they have given awway everything they owned, they have been blessed with more.  Here is just a short list of the many, many things, Peter will never brag about that he has done.

found a homeless woman at night in a wheelchair in the pouring rain, took her and paid for her to stay for a week in a hotel while he helped her get her social security money situation straightened out, so that she could get back on her feet.

Helped a Laotian pastor bring hundreds of dollars in food and medical supplies to a village in Laos from Texas.

Helped a priest buy school uniforms for thirty children in a village in Africa.

Created jobs for so many people over the years, helping them into better situations in life.

Supports an orphanage in Africa, when I say "supports' I don't mean a sponsor a child for $30 a month, Peter gives hundreds of dollars to priests who are friends who take care of these kids.

Gave one of the biggest individual donations in the Orlando area to Toys for Tots last year, probably did the same this year.

Gave a houseful of furniture, electronics, toys, books, everything he and his family owned to St. Vincent De Paul thrift shops, most of which sold as it was coming off the trucks, so that children in his community would not go to bed hungry under his watch.

Gave an enormous amount of what he and his family owned on another occassion to a church in NC to help the local immigrant population.  

He had a disabled man show up at his door in need of transportation to get to and from doctor's appointments, Peter gave him his own van, free and clear on the spot, titled it over to him on the spot.

Every time he gives stuff away, he works hard and is blessed with more.   You can't keep this guy down.  

Those of you writing this garbage about him anonymously, should remember when you were homeless and he moved you into his house, I remember because he and I worked together when you lived with him, or when you were unemployed and he gave you the best job you ever had.  He is a much better friend than an enemy, he ignores his enemies, most of them are losers anyway, he just moves ahead with his friends and prospers wherever he goes.   

I know all of this either because I witnessed it forsthand or because someone who he  has helped told me about it, all of the things I have listed here, are not even scratching the surface of what he does every day to help others.  In addition to this, he is the hardest working person I have ever met, including myself, he is a marketing genius and a loyal and true friend.  Semper Fi, guy!
