"Boosted Body"popup: Photo of & recommendation from Steven Hawkins & other celebs claiming that supplement improves memory. A free trial offered for shipping fee of $4.95. Offer said that if supplement worked I could order product.

Within minutes of ordering the free sample, Alonzo from B of A called to confirm a charge of an additional $6. I still had website up & no such charge was mentioned. So B of A declined it and blocked "Boosted Body"

The next day, two different companies, focuslevel & effectivethinking--international, managed to clear $11.23 from my account. B of A reinbursed me & cancelled my card

Instead of a small sample, I received a full bottle of supplements with a $30 bill from PHENOMHEALTH.COM,  saying I now belong to a club & the $30 charge would be renewed automatically each month.

I immedialtely called an answering service at (844)465-0024 to cancel this unsolicited subscription. It turns out that returning the product in order to cancel it would be expensive & difficult.

I plan to ignore it, hoping that changing my card number will be sufficient.
