I never heard about this company until I received a letter from a creditor telling me I owed them money. I don't understand how they got my name and address.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Fraud alert on Pinnacle Credit Services
AUTHOR: Brian - (United States of America)

I too have a false mark on my report from Pinnacle. After many attempts thru the credit bureaus to validate this debt, it always came back validated. So I sent a certified letter to Pinnacle for any type of proof. They don't have it, but somehow were able to validate it to the credit bureau!!! If its true I will pay, no proof I will not be extorted. They never responded, I called them and they were rude and not willing to help.
People wake up, it is just a scam, and they know that Americans are lazy. Draft a certified letter demanding to have them send you anything that shows that you signed a contract with them to pay anything. Also the signed receipt that they received your letter and send copies to the Attorney Generals office in their state. They will investigate it. Also you can file a complaint with the BBB, the FTC and the Postal commission for mail fraud.
These scumbags don't want this heat on their fraudulent scam, however they also know we are sheep and lazy. If you want to stop this madness, this is how you do it. I did and will continue into small claims court, it is 5,000 per false claim on your credit report.
