Pinnacle Credit Services CRIMINALLY DISHONEST, INTIMIDATING, DISGRACEFUL, PSYCHOPATHIC Saint Louis Park Minnesota

Pinnacle Credit Services has flagged my Credit Report with a collection of $1045.00 from an old Verizon bill. I do not owe this money to Verizon. Pinnacle Credit Services has sent fraudulent information to the Credit Bureaus stating that I have an unpaid balance at Verizon for $1045.00. This is stemming from an old account that I had at Alltel before Verizon purchased them. I had the account with the primary phone number 318-669-0747 with a total of 6 lines. I closed this account in a phone conversation with an Alltel agent in March of 2009 and apparently she never documented it correctly.

About 1 year later, after Verizon purchased Alltel, I started receiving collection notices from Verizon stating that I owed them more than 1400 dollars from this account not being paid for more than one year. I could not produce any documentation to prove that I did not owe them the money and I finally negotiated to pay this account off at a lower amount (even though I did not owe them anything). I have been trying to find the documentation that I have to prove this but I am not having any luck. I called Verizon and they say that I do not have any outstanding balance and they also said they would contact Diversified Consultants and Pinnacle Credit Services. Apparently, they have not done this because my Credit Score dropped from 764 to 704 after Pinnacle Credit Services reported this fraudulent information.

I have done quite a bit of reading about this company recently and I see that MANY people have had the same kind of problems. I want to know why is this company allowed to have the power to ruin someone's credit rating based only on information that they say is true. The people that have called about this have been very rude and condescending and their methods are designed to intimidate people into paying them. Well, I am not going to be intimidated and I will spend many times the money they say that I owe them to hire an attorney to bring them to justice if I have to
