I purchased a top-up pin on 3/2/12 from Pinzoo. After which I was told I was unable to use top-up cards on my Cricket account so I contacted Pinzoo for a refund. Friday I was told that it would take 24 hours to cancel the order out. After that had passed I contacted them and they told me it could take up to 48. Every time I call or email its the same thing, always tommorrow.

Its been 5 days now and I doubt I will ever see my money back.... I've purchased many phone cards from them in the past and now I wish I would of given my buisness to someone else. It was no problem taking my money but seem to be taking their sweet time refunding it. In short you are probably better off doing buisness with a company that takes all aspects of buisness serious. Making money is great but you have to take care of the people funding your paychecks to run a successful buisness.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I believe you spoke to our Operations manager, who explained the reason for the delay in canceling your order. We were awaiting confirmation from your phone carrier - we are still waiting! But your order has been cancelled and the money has been refunded to your account.
