I ordered $467.67 in china on 3/12/07 and was told the merchandise was on backorder. After months of promises that the merchandise would ship in a few weeks my recourse with American Express ran out. Now Place Settings will not answer my emails about a refund. I'm now working with BBB in NC and Consumer Protection in Raleigh, NC. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST.

It is Paypal policy to charge the credit card when order submitted, even if the items are backordered.. A refund has been issued for the full amount.
