Platinum Services Total Scam , Internet

Iwas searching for a payday loan and Platinum Services popped up. I declined their offer and I thought that was it. WhenI checked my banking account I saw that they had taken out $99.95 without my authority! I called the number 800 972-8094 to see what this was about.

The customer service rep. said they had sent me an email for a membership and after 7 dayssinceI did not decline it they charged me $99.95.I informed them that I did not get an email and if I had gotten one it would have went straight to spam sinceI had no association with them.

I was told that they did not give refunds and to file a police report for identity theft. I told them that they were the ones who stole from me and that I would be filling a complaint for fraud with the attorney general from my state and a fraud report with my bank.

She laughed and told me she didn't care and hung up on me. I am hoping that there will be a class action suit filed against this scam company!
