As reported in other FAST BRITE TV Sales gimmicks, I attempted to order one Fast Brite Lens Restore Kit for 10.00 plus 7.95 shipping. The automated ordering system kept prompting me to order a second kit for shipping and handling only. Total price 27.95. I declined the offer. The system also kept offering additional products which I declined one after another. After over 19 minutes I simply hung up.

Two weeks later my Master Card has been charged 46.80. After several attempts to reach them at the order number 800-656-8860, I was told to try Customer Service , 800-340-3418 or Customer Service Plymouth Direct.com to no avail. Through  Bing Search I was able to find RIPOFF REPORT and see that I am not the only one with complaints against Fast Brite, ( a Harriet Carter Gifts Company. I intend to leave no stone unturned until this issue is resolved.

I then called the customer service number for Plymouth Direct on Oct 20,2014 and was told that my order is placed on back order for 3 more weeks. I then requested to cancel.
