PNC National City Mortgage refusal to do HARP II Refi Miamisburg, Ohio

I originally had a loan taken out with National City Mortgage in 2002, that was bought by PNC.

When my home located in a suburb of PHX, AZ became underwater (like everyone else's) I contacted the PNC to see if I could qualify for a HARP modification and at least get my interest rate down. I was turned down.

Contacted them again when HARP II became available, & again filled out this huge application packet. Was turned down again, that I don't make enough income to qualify for a loan. This isn't suppose to be a new loan process but needing assistance. I am presently underemployed.

PNC is horrible & something should be done with this company. They simply do not care at all.
