Polaroid ,polaroid hemorrhoid Minnetonka Minnesota

bought polaroid flat screen 40"lcd tv almost 2 yrs ago. sound and pic died last week with no practical or affordable solution for fix.

polaroid no service customer service has basiclly informed me that i now own a $1200 piece of junk. i actually owned the junk 2 yrs ago- i just didnt know it yet. i never suspected that the $1200 would only buy me 2 yrs of service. judging from all the other complaints that i have read, my 2 yrs meant that i got a good one!

i do not understand how the govt is allowing polaroid to get away from issuing a recall on all these lcd tvs. all the complaints that i have read online have a similar tone- limited performance and outrageous repair or replacement costs.

my piece of junk is going into the attic- hoping for an eventual recall of all these defective tvs.

shame on you polaroid! i trusted your formerly good name but never again! u you need to make this mess right!!!!

p.s.-you really need to work on your customer service!
