I was called on the phone and sold a short circuit test, from poochie (Julie SOUTULLO) She said that she would send it over night C.O.D. and hold my check for 30 days, The tool showed up and I gave fedex a check for $299.95. I used the tool for a few days and was not satisfied, I started calling Poochie and was never able to get an answer, after the 30 days, I receaved a call from Julie at Poochie. To see how I liked the tool, I told her that i wanted to return it for a refund and she said that she would have fedex pick it up. They showed up that day to pick up the tool, I shipped it back and it was signed for by a T. Lopez on Nov. 2 2007. I have called almost every day after that just to be told that, They have sent a check or that the boss has not been in to sign the check, I did tell Julie that I would even take the tool back just so I would have something for my money, She has told me that she has sent it out UPS,FEDEX, and USPS, but never can give me a tracking number, for any of them. She has never sent anything, and I'm sure she never plans on it.
