I bought a Pool table online online from this company for my kids Christmas present,after many e-mails and endless phone calls I was one of the lucky ones and got a Pool Table on 18th December 08(not the one we ordered) but never got all the other stuf fI paid for.Ellan sent me an e-mail said the rest of the stuff would come in 5 days that was a month ago and they still owe me $550 refund on the wrong Pool table.Now all the phone lines are off and no e-mail answers some one could have let us know what happened. I cancelled the order after waiting five months. The said they would provide a full refund and have not done so to date.
