Pool Tables Direct Will not refund our money! Monument Colorado

We ordered our pool table in August 2008. We continually called, they kept pushing back the order. We held out until December because we really wanted the product we paid for. When I canceled my order, I did receive a confirmation from customer service, but as of today there is still no refund.

I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company and filed a report with the BBB. This experience has been heartbreaking, disappointing, and infuriating.

I hope and pray karma will justly serve them.
