Pool Tables Direct Canceled assembly and didnt get a refund Nationwide

I ordered a pool table in Oct 08' and I did receive the pool table, and by the sound of other reports, Im lucky I got that. I paid to have the table installed, and then after getting the table they told me that it would cost more money. So I called and asked to cancel the installation and get a refund, and I was told that I would get a check sent to me at the end of the month. Here it is the end of January and no refund. I have sent emails and made many phone calls and no contact. I will be complaining to the BBB, and if nothing happens, I guess I'll just be another victim of Pool Tables Direct.
