Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC The company is saying that i owe them money that is impossible for me to owe. Norfolk, Virginia

This company has been contacting me claiming that i owe them money. They say that their agency is collecting on a bank of america "debt" card that I had in 1997. They said that my account from bank of america went into collections because the account was over 1100 dollars pass dew. I told them for quote some time that this was not true, I was 19 yrs. old then and my account only had a one hundred dollar over draft protection fee, and it is impossible for me to overdraw my account for that amount. Later after their letters claiming i owed this money they begain to call my home saying that the collection was for a bank of america "credit card". I've never owned a bank of america credit card, let alone have I ever in my life been approved for a credit card that has had a limit of 1000 dollars, never. I proceeded to explain my concerns with the company after hours of telephone conversations with several different people, that have claim to send my fraud fourms to fill out in order to make a fraud claim. I cannot make a fraud claim with a police report, because I don't live in california anymore, and if there was a fraud, obveously there must have been one at sometime, it happen over ten years ago. I have contacted several police department in california for a polic report, as well department here in tennesse to file a police report. Without a police report I can't file a fraud claim, portfolio fraud department hasn't returned my calls, but continues to call me, send me mail, and claim that I owe them this money. Basically i've never owned a bank of america credit card, i've never even had a credit card with a limit that much, and this company wont leave me alone and i dont have any way to prove that i never owned a credit card that old because bank of america told me that they dont even keep records that old. Please help me.
