Portfolio Recovery Associates re-aging, misreporting open date, date of last activity Norfork Virginia

About a year ago I had a debt removed for PROVIDIAN BANK. off my credit report. this was a 1999 account, twice collection companies, changed the reporting dates, and last activity, this wasn't even my account, and the amount owed has went up several hundren dollars, and no one has used this account since 1999.

now portfolio recovery, is stateing, they purchased this account from midland credit managment, and there the ones that removed it from my credit report. portfolio is reporting dates of 2006, so it will take another 7 years to remove, i contacted the company and was told that if they don't receive full payment it will appear on my credit report for 7 years. hell its been over 7 yeard since this acount was first sent to a collection agency.
they have re-aged this account with a much later date of action, lied about the date of last activity, 2006 ( when its 1999) misreported the open date of the account by a few years.

how can a item be removed from your credit report and a year later another company put it back on and chage dates
i contacted the credit reporting agency with my dispute and they just changed the date to when i contected them
