Posterpass.com Fraudulent charges not mentioned in ad or TOS! Evanston Illinois

I saw an ad for four posters for $2.00 each. I thought "That sounds like a good deal, but there must be a catch." I searched the ad and even printed out the TOS to search for a catch. There was a membership catch mentioned, but it clearly stated that I had 30 days to cancel my membership before any additional charges appeared on my checking account.

Instead of the $8.00 charge plus reasonable shipping, I found a charge of $33.96 plus an additional "International Transaction Fee" of $1.02. Three days later, there is a charge of $48.00 dollars and another International transaction Fee of $1.44. So far it adds up to $84.42 and leaves me with a question... "What is INTERNATIONAL about transactions from Illinois to California?"
