Initially I purchased 5 posters at 5 dollars each. Within two days of the purchase with out notice they charged me
Do not do business with this company. They have charged my card even when I have canceled my account with them. The go by two names. I have canceled my credit card and reported them to my credit card company as fraudulent activity.
They state:
"Our initial order will be shipped to you within 10 days of your ordering. Please wait at least 2 weeks from placing your order to receive the initial shipment. Cancel anytime by calling us at 877-807-2929". They billed me $39.80 two days later. I called to cancel my account. They bill me again $39.80.
They also state:
"You control what you get once you receive it too. We will issue an instant refund if the poster you received is one you would prefer to not get or you change your mind. We are happy to refund partial orders too if just one or two of the posters are less interesting to you as long as they are unopened". Not true!
I quote again:
"Feel free to log into the site and modify your selections at any time to choose which posters you will receive. You can choose exactly which posters you would like to receive each shipment as part of your membership, or you can take advantage of the in-house poster experts at PosterPass.com." No such account existed for me. All I could do is check the status of my order.
They have no email address!
At best there business practices are questionable.
Be aware and don't do what I did.

I had Art Print World from Illinois bill my bank account for the same amount of money ($39.80) as well as another smaller charge ($8.00).
I never ordered anything from them.
I've never been to posterpass.com, I don't have an account with them, and I've never ordered any posters online. (The closest I've come to doing so is getting books and CDs from Amazon.com, and I haven't done that in months.) Some virus may have gotten onto my computer and sent my information to a third-party, but so far a virus scan has turned up nothing.
When I called the number that was left with the transaction (an 866 number from Illinois), the woman I spoke to refused to give me her name, or even the name of the company. She eventually told me that they were a coffee company (without giving me her name or the company name) and told me that my shipment of posters and mugs had shipped. She wouldn't tell me anything else and was incredibly close-mouthed and unhelpful. Eventually I just called my bank who said they'd start an investigation and would return the money to my account.
Be careful that something like this doesn't happen to you.

On 3/20 they refunded my money and closed my accounts. Not very timely.
