Posterpass.com They charged me almost $200.00 posters that were supposed to cost me only $8.00, and I have not even recieved them Evanston Illinois

Three months ago I ordered four posters from posterpass.com.they were to cost two dollars each to be billed to my debit card.When I checked my monthly statement,I noticed a thirtyone dollar withdraw,and then increments of fortyeight dollars were being taken out twice a month all without my knowlege.

I contacted my bank after several attempts to get in touch with posterpsass and was told that I would have to change my card number.by the way I have not even recieved one poster let alone four, but I dont even care about that.I just want my money back.

I have had overdrawn ballances,and have had to pay the charges,because of theese unauthorized withdraws,they do not have a valid email address and they do not answer their phone .you are my last hope please help
