I am an x customer of power home RIPOFF. The sales reps pray on customers like a pack of wolves. A sales rep Mike Hall knocked on my door 13 diffrent times leaving loads of papers and cards on my doorstep. I was taking my 5 month old to the doctor and good thing I looked in my mirror because when Mike Hall saw me get in my car he used the company vehicle to block me in my own driveway and put my baby in harms way. He got out his car quick and I thought I was being robbed.(I am retired from the military had my daughter not been in the car he would have been greeted with multiple 45 rounds) I was held hostage at my own house. I was interested in getting an alarm at the time but was already turned off from his company. we spoke briefly and he said he worked for Vector. I know Vector and had them in my last home. So I called and had a wounder full sales rep Roger come speak to me. Turns out Mike Hall works for Power Home RIPOFF not vector. Mike has no clue on what he was selling me or any knowledge on what the devices did. His eyes were extremely bloodshot and appeared to be under the influence of something. I later called the office to ask why Mike told me he was a Vector employee and not Power Home RIPOFF. I was greeted with the same attitude and disrespect Mike Hall had displayed. Turns out it was his wife Julie Hall who works the office so any complaints maid she keeps it on the hush. I would not trust Mike with protecting my mailbox much less even let him into my home. Roger was an amazing sales rep brought out the equipment and even did a demo to show just what I was buying. Many of my neighbors also feel threatened by Mike Hall. Our last neighborhood meeting flyers were passed out of Mike Hall and the company vehicles. They are banned from our neighborhood and the neighborhood watch calls the cops when we see them. I complained many time to no avail because it was his wife who would always pick up when I called the office. I got in touch with corporate and a guy named Randy Ranker was eating while talking to me and I could not understand a word he said. I asked to be transfered and they sent me to a guy named randy P. who was the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to in my life. If you have any problems with any of powerhomeripoff's employees call the Department of Criminal Justice Services and the cops. The cops have gotten to the point that if they block us in to our driveways or the neighborhood ether ram there car or call the cops and they will charge them with reckless endangerment and assault with a deadly weapon. Stay far away from this crooked company and the drug addict Mike Hall.
