Pushy salesman work there way in and sell you and thats a wrap.  Once they got you on the hook everything stops except them debiting your account like clockwork.  That is the ONLY thing they are excellant at is taking your money.

Every web page has a differnent phone # for them which 90% are wrong.  IF you do get through you get put on infanite hold or hung up on time after time.  Even emailed complaints to NO AVAIL.

This is the absolute WORSE security with absolutely NO customer service, follow up or follow through.  I will NEVER recommend Power Home Security to anyone.  Don't feel bad telling the salesman to take a hike as you will regret it.
