Predicto Why is predicto.com, one year later (see July 08 post) still allowed to rip people off? Internet

I have already reported it to ATandT my mobile phone company. I am still getting these ridiculous text messages from predicto. If I keep getting them, I am going to consider spearheading a class action lawsuit against them....10 dollars per month times hundreds of thousands of victims is a lot...This is also taking valuable time and energy to confront...therefore we should also get paid for that....Start keeping track of time, phone calls and effort you have each put in to try to end these stupid messages from predicto. I will post again with attorney information when i get it. cupojoy
