I originally signed up with Premier Family Services to get my child support records audited. Mesa County in Colorado has been going into court on a frequent basis and adjusting the rate I am to pay without any correspondenceto me in advance. I get a letter after the fact that this is what they had done. I wanted to get the records audited and then sealed so they couldn't continue to do the same thing with the account.

Along with that I paid $750 to get paperwork sent to the Case Worker with Social Services in Mesa County. That paperwork was to setup a visitation arraingment so I could get to see my daughter and be able to do things with her. I was told that the paperwork was being prepared and that I would get a Bcc on the letter that was sent to the Case Worker. I never received any copy of a letter sent and the Case Worker claimed that she never received any paperwork.

I have tried emailing the worker setupfor me and my emails keep getting bounced back to me with the normal Delivery Status Notification message. I haven't received any call backs from the customer service line either.
