Premier Property Management – Common Complaints

This is a very distinctive way to scam timeshare owners, and like this thousands of people have been scammed by timeshare resale companies. Because of that, we always recommend to our clients not paying any upfront fee to any timeshare rental and resale company, being that even timeshare resale companies’ owners admit that their industry is rife with scheme.

Premier Property Management RIPOFF

Sorry to here about another ripoff. My two buyers names are Johnathon Grapester and Dorothy Clarkstone.I cannot belive they are real buyers as in my contracts they both put down $4,750.00 as a goodfaith deposit on my two properties which was applied to the purchase of Luxxury Leisure instead of going into an escrow acct as i was told. Now that we have never closed on my two properties that they were to purchase they to are out their deposit.
When I contacted Luxxury Leisure they told me my acct was paid in full and asked if I wanted to make a reservation, like I would ever use this company to make any reservation at all.I have had my banks dispute dept. check into this company for fraud they found that since we have recieved membership in Luxxury Leisure their was no fraud even though they did not complete the purchase of our two properties.
The bank did remove the $4,500.00 charge on my wifes credit card and waiting to see if they will remove the $6,500.00 they have on mine. The dispute dept also advised me to contact the state attorney general as they have had other complaints against this company and reconized the two names on my purchase agreements.Hope this helps and let me know if their is anything else i can help you with. These people need to be stopped.

I had the same experience. I am curious as to whether there was a buyer's name on your contracts and, if so, what it is. Please contact me to compare notes as I want to pursue legal action.

Premier Property Management Scam
AUTHOR: SophieM - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, April 07, 2014
Premier Property Management is a rental and resale company for timeshare ownerships. They service clients with vacation ownerships in Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean and they claim to be the most effective and reliable Rental and Resale Company in the timeshare industry. Their website provides very little information, even though they assert to have years of experience and a comprised team of member agents. No testimonials are shown. In order to sell your timeshare, Premier Property Management asks for a $490 USD upfront fee, and they affirm to sell the property in a 90-days time limit.
