 Last June while in Cabo my family and I were asked to visit a certain high end resort.  At the bottom of the hill down from Sunset Resort we were met by 4 men who litterally Kidnapped us and took us to the Cabo Golf Resort instead.  It was very run down and no way would I want to join them.

In the "meeting" room there were several Salesmen" talking to young couples, older couples and single women like myself.  We listened to the spiel and when I said that I was not interested our "salesman" went for the enforcers.  I thought I might get slugged.

Then this tall bald fellow who seemed to be running the show came out and said he would give me $25,000 for my Sunset Beach Resort Timeshare if I bought into them.  They got both my daughter and I to sign up and took our credit cards so they could get a down payment for this Luxxury Leisure Collection.

Over the next few weeks I would get phone calls and emails from Gilbert at PPM to send them papers regarding my membership at Sunset Beach.  which I dutifully sent.  Wouldn't you if you were promised $25,000.  Over the next 6  months I called them to get a progress report and was always told it was still in escrow.  Finally after the 180 day deadline I called to see what was going on.  One of their numbers was disconnected.  The other one was very crackly and you could bearly hear a man saying to leave a msg and they would get back to you by the end of the day.  Never Happened.

I am trying to get hold of someone at Sunset Beach to tell me if they succeeded in ripping me off of my timeshare.

Maybe it was just people with Timeshares they they wanted who ripped off.  Otherwise they stole dreams from alot of people.  Im 74, retired and living on a fixed income.  I can't afford to have this type of thing happen to me.  And from what I've read on your site and other web sites, I'm not alone getting beat by these guys.
