I went to one of Premiere Trade seminars and decided to give the software a try, what a mistake!!!. They promised to refund my money and I am still waiting after 2 months. Every time I call the service rep says that my refund will be processed in the order it was received. How many people return this software that it takes 2+ months to get a refund??.

The service rep acknoleged receiving the package but no refund!!! Why is it so difficult. I am stuck with a $3500 visa bill + interest!!. This is a one way company. They want your money and that's all. Please refund my money. I guess I am not the only one complaining!!!

After 4 years I have a answer to this problem. I can't put it up here yet as this is an ongoing solution, but as soon as I have the last, YES last, check in my hand and cleared, I will post it all for everyone to follow.

Sorry I can't put it up yet, but watch this space on or before March 12 2011.

In other complaints, "Michael" says the following. 'We apologize for any inconvenience, We never intended for there to be a delay. It is always our policy that anyone who is due a refund will get their refund.' or 'We will always refund anyone who is due a refund, and we apologize that there was a delay.' and 'We will always refund to anyone who is due a refund.' What a load of c**p. (I hope that doesn't count as a profanity because I would like to actually say a lot worse).


I have been waiting for MORE THAN 3 years and get the same BS as everyone else.


Time to bring in the Lawyers. Statute of limitations is 4yrs, then it can be thrown out.

I wanted to correct the reply to my post. At no time did I say anything about any bank or anyone else not having cash or being in financial trouble because that is not the truth. I called to apologize for the delay because it was never our intention for anyone to have to wait.

DID RECEIVE A REFUND BUT IT ALMOST TOOK 1 YEAR!!!!

Got a call from Michael on my cell to let me know that my refund had been issued and that I should receive it in a couple of days, I asked why it had taken almost a year to get it, he said that it was a long story, I said that it would be nice to know why it had taken that long and as a customer I was entitled to know. He told me a short story about his bank being out of cash and in financial trouble. I asked Michael about receiving interest for the year they kept my money, he said I was only receiving the amount I paid, which I think is unfair.

I wonder how many people went thru what I went, luckyly I got my money back, I sincerely had given up. To this day I don't understand why, I did my part of the business, I returned the program within the specified time frame as stated in the contract, Premiere Trade AI broke their promise!!!,
