I purchased the program las September 2006 and I am still waiting for my refund. I called today for the thousand time and spoke to Ted, he wouldn't answer any question I asked. I asked him if he new when my refund was coming he said he didn't know. I asked if it was reasonable to wait 6 months for a refund he said he didn't know. I asked if he has meeting whith the other department because he needed to be up to date when customer ask him those type of questions and he didn't know what to say, he was evasive. I asked if Premiere Trade was a fraud and how does he feel to work for a fraudulent company that doesn't care about their customers? He just shut up and said to call in 4 weeks that there was a backlog, I asked how many people are there before you get to me, again he had no answer!!!, I asked again Are you really going to Refund my money? he said they will I asked when again he said he had no idea. This company is a FRAUD!!!, I kept my end of the bargain. I am asking personally to James d**k to keep his end of the deal. REFUND MY MONEY!!!!
