This company produces slick 30 minute infomercials that grossly overstate the ease and simplicity of trading foreign currencies.

Once the average person is able to "test drive" their software "with a money back guarantee" it becomes immediately apparent that any possible success will only come with much more extensive training and investment of time. They later reveal that they offer this training at substantial additional cost in addition to the $3000 initial investment in their software.

Problem here is that the sales staff promised a 24-48 hour turnaround on a debit card refund and now after 5 days and 4 calls to their customer service number they are saying that "it takes a normal 30 day billing cycle" to receive your refund. Frankly I am wondering whether or not the refund will come at all.

Of course there is legitimate reason that a company would ask to take 30 days to make a refund that was debited into their account instantly on the day of sale. I believe this is a very unethical way to do business and that it portrays the company in a very poor light. It certainly suggests to me that Premiere Trade AI and all the other company names that they evidently do business under cannot be trusted by the public.

A check to the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida at www.orlando.bb.org reveals that Premiere Trade AI and all their AKA's have had 46 complaints filed against them in the past 12 months for issues ranging from selling practices, advertising issues, service issues, credit and billing disputes, to delivery issues, refund practices, product quality, and guarantee or waranty issues. The BBB states that Premiere Trade has an unsatisfactory record with them due to unresolved complaints.

I personally would not recommend that anyone trust this company with their money.

I stand by my opinions of Premiere Trade AI

Yes I did finally receive my refund from Premiere Trade. This however came after 45 days and coincidentally by Overnight Mail the day after the State Attorney General's Office of Arizona sent a letter to Premiere Trade after I filed a complaint against them.

I purchased the course on a money back guarantee with a DEBIT CARD (last time I will do anything like that) and it took them 45 days to refund the money. I received nothing but a runaround from their accounting department again until they received the above letter.

I stand by all of my stated opinions on this site and will never trust Premiere Trade again and I do not recommend that others do so either. Again there have been more than 50 complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau in Florida for similar refund type of complaints.

We at PremiereTrade are committed to only the highest level of ethical behavior, and would never do anything that did not meet the high standards of James Dicks. Any customer who is entitled to a refund will certainly receive their refund in a timely a manner. I can confirm that this customer did in fact receive a full refund of their purchase price.

Of course I meant to say that there is NOT a legitimate reason why a company would ask to take 30 days to refund on a debit card transaction.

Also the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida's website address is: orlando.bbb.org not orlando.bb.org

Also I wanted to comment on the other person who have also not received their refunds in a timely manner. This is looking more like a scam all the time. If I haven't received my refund the next week or so then I will be contacting the District Attorney's office of Maricopa County Arizona.
